Jude is one! Our little Momma’s boy is getting older! He’s a mess and into everyyyyything…but he is also a snuggler, whiner, kisser, and i love to squish him up and kiss him all over
So thankful for our little boy!
I decided, since his bday is June 17th and basically in the summertime, that I wanted to have an outdoor party. After pondering lots of options and wanting something unique, I decided on an “old-fashioned picnic” theme! I wanted twine, brown paper bags, jeans, wildflowers, sack races, egg and spoon race, and lots of sweet tea and lemonade. I also wanted it to be in our back field and I knew I wanted the tables to be blankets on the ground. So, here’s what I came up with! Everything country, lots of vintage, mason jars, sack lunches with sandwiches and chips inside each bag, games and playing for the kids, lots of bunting, paper chains hanging from trees, and even an old clothesline of jude’s most countryish clothes hanging Hope you enjoy!
